This is because radiation bounces on almost everything from Windows to grass back into your body.
Avoid the hottest parts of the day. Protect your skin from the sun, a lifetime of sun exposure can cause wrinkles, age spots increase the risk of skin cancer. Seek shade by avoiding the sun between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., when the sun’s rays are strongest. Also, cover yourself with protective clothing such as wide-brimmed hats.
