Mushekwi promised to buy Caps
Former Caps United and current Zhejiang Greentown striker Nyasha Mushekwi promised to buy a stake in his former club in the future.
Zimbabwean icon has revealed that he has much bigger and more expensive plans for CAPS United than the luxury bus he bought. The striker spent R1.8 million on a bus for his former team. He got the branding done in South Africa as a gesture for what CAPS did for him earlier in his prolific career.
Mushekwi promise to buy Caps . The striker said, he would love to own CAPS United as it is a dream for any Zimbabwean players who have had a chance to play for the team. Former Caps United and Greentown striker gave more details on that gesture and made an even bigger revelation about his plans.
“I’m what l am today because of CAPS United. I felt there’s a little something l can do for them to give back for what they have done not only to me but many players back home. Mushekwi said. “Without a doubt, one day I will own CAPS United. It may not be now but one day it will happen,” he declared.
However, the 32-year-old Mushekwi is a member of the Zimbabwe national football team.
