Selmor Mtukudzi is off to Steve Dyer studios to record her new album after the death of her father.
As part of her efforts to continue building her father’s legacy, Selmor has flown to Pretoria, Gauteng province together with her band members where they are set to record their 12 track album.
“The album will be recorded at Steve Dyer Studios in Pretoria over 14 days and they will fly back on the 24th of this month for a private show before they return to complete the project.”
Josh Hozheri, project manager, confirmed the South Africa excursion. “We are leaving this afternoon for South Africa where we set to record Selmor’s first album after her father’s death.”
Selmor has been getting high profile shows and news about her forthcoming album which must be game-changer.
“She has been working hard judging from the new tracks that I have listened to during rehearsals. I can’t wait for the launch of the album in January 2020”.
