Shadaya Tawona versus Zim women

Love and respect women!

Look at them not only for comfort but for strength and inspiration. Meanwhile, Shadaya Tawona aggressively pointed out that Zimbabwean women are lost, because of their influencers, Olinda Chapel, Zuva Habane and Misred who are not married. However, one can argue that nothing is stronger than a woman who is fighting for what she believes in. And a successful woman is one who can build a firm foundation with the bricks others have thrown at her.

Meanwhile, Samantha Mussa (Mis Red) tweeted “those who can’t see my worth, Thank you for setting me free”. Shadaya then replied, “more than one baby daddy and you still think men are the problem?

Why do we view marriage as a podium of success? where a woman gets a trophy to validate how woman enough she is? Why do we look at marriage as an award to declare how successful a woman is?

Well, when society views marriage as an achievement, it makes single women feel like they are half women if they are not married.

Also, he pointed out that Olinda hid her HIV status to her ex-husband. It is everybody’s problem, not someone’s problem to be HIV positive. We live in an interdependent world, which states that we cannot escape each other. We should respond to  HIV AIDS depending on whether we understand this interdependence. Let’s not stigmatize others.
Nevertheless, Olinda enquired  Shadaya Tawona to find a job. She bravely told him that he can not fit in one of these women’s taxes.

It is way better to be single and wait for what you deserve than lower your standards because of peer pressure, or because society wants you to get married!
