Sulumani new song leaked
Zimbabwean Dendera Music vocalist and guitarist Sulumani Chimbetu expressed dissatisfaction after his new song “Handigone” leaked.
In a statement, the Orchestra Dendera Kings leader took to his Facebook page to express frustration after his new song leaked on social media.
Orchestra Dendera King is concerned about how one of his songs “Handigone” from the yet to be released album leaked to online.
However, Sulumani launched an investigation into how his track found its way to the streets and social media. While he was still working on the project.
He said, “It is true that one of our songs leaked. I am greatly concerned over how the song found itself out of the studio and onto social media.”
The Zimbabwean icon said they were already on the final stage before the song leaked. He added that the measures that he used to protect the music failed after his track leaked whilst working on it. He, however, uploaded the leaked track “Handigone” onto his Facebook page.
Sulu also revealed that he has since completed recording his album despite the setback. He said the album carries eight tracks and the last official single is called ‘Ndunge.’
Sulu last released a studio album “Gunship” in 2016. He has six projects under his belt since he inherited the band from his late father, Simon Chimbetu in 2007.
